Community in Action
Collaborations
At The Self Regulation Project, collaboration is more than partnership – it’s connection in motion. We’re proud to work alongside organisations like Symphony3 and WNOW (When No One’s Watching) to bring awareness and prevention into real community spaces.
From the laughter and purpose of Country Comedy Town to the conversations that followed, these moments show what happens when intention meets community. Together, we’re creating spaces where connection itself becomes a form of care – and hope begins long before crisis.
More collaborations are already taking shape – each one a reminder that change doesn’t just happen in therapy rooms, it begins in communities that care. 💛
Corporate Collaboration
Our collaboration with Symphony3 reflects what’s possible when innovation and wellbeing align. As a forward-thinking organisation, Symphony3 is deeply invested in their people – creating space for growth, connection, and conversations that matter. Their team culture is inspiring to witness: staff genuinely love where they work, and that energy shows in everything they do.
By partnering with The Self Regulation Project, Symphony3 is continuing their commitment to future-focused leadership –Â investing not only in performance, but in the emotional wellbeing of their people and the broader community they serve.
WNOW is a grassroots movement changing the way men experience mental health – breaking silence through connection, conversation, and genuine community. Their mission is simple yet powerful: to create spaces where men don’t have to wait for crisis to reach out, and where vulnerability is seen as strength, not weakness.
This aligns deeply with The Self Regulation Project’s preventative focus – bringing awareness to men’s suicide by starting conversations early, building emotional literacy, and helping people recognise what’s happening in their system before it becomes overwhelming. Together, we share a belief that when people feel seen, they start to heal.
